About Me
My name is Macy Myers
I’m a nutritionist with a Master’s in Nutritional Science, a yoga teacher, soccer coach, and most recently, a new mama to my sweet MJ. When I’m not creating nourishing recipes or guiding clients, you’ll find me outdoors — snowboarding, hiking, or trying to wake surf. My husband Neill and I love to travel, share good food, and enjoy a glass of great wine together.
I believe health should feel joyful and sustainable — not restrictive. My passion is helping people find balance by weaving together nutrition, movement, and real-life enjoyment so you can thrive both on and off the mat (or the mountain!).
